Guess What the Best Investment Is?

Posted on April 30, 2014

In today’s economy, many people are lacking confidence in Wall Street and turning to new places to put their money.  The problem is, finding good options can often be a challenge. There are plenty of investments out there that have been “sure things” at one point or another. They include everything from real estate to precious metals. In the end they all were less than completely reliable.

What if you could have a purchase that paid you a guaranteed amount? What if, in exchange for taking payments over time, you could stand to make a good amount of profit purchasing something that comes with backing from some of the most trusted companies in the world? You now have that option with In-Force Annuities.

On the previously owned in force annuity market, people sell annuities that they have been awarded for various reasons in exchange for a lump sum payment.  Often times they are in need of a large sum of money right away to pay off debt, purchase a house or something along those lines.

For example, they may have an annuity in the amount of $150,000 in total and, in exchange for the convenience of a lump sum, take a payment $100,000 and give up their right for the regular payments.

As a purchaser you want to assume ownership of the payments for the annuity. In exchange for the purchase, you get a guaranteed interest rate on the total sum, which makes the annuity profitable. Once you assume ownership of the payments, you receive them on the schedule that the other recipient would receive them on if they had maintained ownership of the annuity.

These payments can be added to a regular portfolio or they can be added to an investment account intended for retirement. This could give you the opportunity to retire early and live off that income along with the other items that you have in your portfolio comfortably for the rest of your life.

Secondary market structured settlement annuity purchases are guaranteed to pay out a certain amount of money. Most investments carry a fairly large amount of risk but these are very low risk investments. Because the companies that are behind them come with such high credit ratings from Standard & Poor’s, investors can put their money into these financial instruments with confidence.

Looking for new investments can always be difficult. You have to separate the hype from the reality and, given that so much of what’s written about investments is marketing, it takes research to look into the truth of the investment.  Rather than spend your time trying to figure it all out I suggest bringing in an expert that has the knowledge and resources to handle this for you easily and efficiently.

Annuity payments are great purchases because of the low risk factor and pay off a predetermined amount of profit over time.
